First steps checklist (10-minute setup)

This is the quick-start version.

Follow these steps and you’ll have AllosAI ready to use in about 10 minutes.

1. Log in & open the dashboard #

• Sign in to your AllosAI account
• Take a quick look at the sidebar (Dashboard, Documents, Smart Bots, Social Media)

Goal: Know where everything is.

2. Set up your Brand Voice (most important step) #

• Go to Brand Voice → + New Company
• Add:
  • Company name & industry
  • Short description
  • Website & tagline
  • Tone of voice
  • Target audience
  • Products or services
• Save

Goal: Teach AllosAI how your brand should sound — once.

3. Create an AI bot #

• Go to Smart Bots → AI Bots
• Create a new bot
• Select your Brand Voice

Goal: Have a brand-aware AI ready to work for you.

4. Add public help content (Knowledge Base) #

• Go to Smart Bots → Bot Knowledge Base
• Add help or FAQ-style content

Goal: Control what the external chatbot is allowed to answer.

5. Connect social media platforms #

• Go to Social Media Settings → Platforms
• Connect your social media accounts

Goal: Enable posting and scheduling.

6. Create a campaign (recommended) #

• Go to Social Media Settings → Campaigns
• Create a campaign
• Define:
  • Target audience
  • Content goal (awareness, leads, education, etc.)

Goal: Give AI strategic context for better content.

7. Create your first post or chat #

Choose one:

• Generate a social media post
• Use the AI bot to create content

Goal: See AllosAI in action.

After these steps, you have:

• A defined brand voice
• A trained AI bot
• A public knowledge base
• Connected social platforms
• Campaign context for smarter content

From here, you can scale:

• More posts
• More bots
• More campaigns—all without repeating yourself.
