Connecting social accounts

Connecting your social accounts allows AllosAI to publish, schedule, and manage posts directly from the Social Media Hub.

Once connected, you can control all your profiles from one place.

Where to connect social accounts #

1. Go to Social Media Settings
2. Open Platforms

Here you’ll see an overview of your social accounts.

Social accounts overview #

The overview shows:

• Total accounts – all connected profiles
• Active accounts – ready for posting
• Inactive accounts – connected but not currently usable

This helps you quickly see which platforms are ready to publish.

Adding a new social account #

To connect a new account:

1. Click Add New Account on the platform you want
   • Facebook
   • Instagram
   • X (Twitter)
2. Log in to the selected platform
3. Grant the required permissions
4. Confirm the connection

Once completed, the account appears in your list.

Active vs inactive accounts #

• Active accounts
  • Fully connected
  • Ready for posting and scheduling
• Inactive accounts
  • Missing permissions
  • Disconnected sessions
  • Platform-side restrictions

Inactive accounts can usually be reactivated by reconnecting them.

Managing multiple accounts #

You can:

• Connect multiple profiles per platform
• Use different accounts for different campaigns
• Activate or deactivate accounts at any time

This is useful for brands, creators, and agencies managing more than one profile.

After connecting your accounts #

Once at least one account is active, you can:

• Create and schedule posts
• Assign posts to campaigns
• Publish content automatically
• Manage all platforms from the Social Media Hub

No manual posting is required.
